staying to see the likelyhood of availabilty. We appreciate calls to be made between 9 am and 9 pm. A credit card number with expiration date is needed at the time of reservation; without it, your reservation is not confirmed. We are not always able to be at home, so an estimated time of arrival is needed to make sure someone will be scheduled to be here to greet you when you arrive.

All reservations must be made by calling (215) 662-1918. A credit card with expiration date or a deposit in hand is needed to confirm all reservations. Any changes or cancellations must be made by noon two days prior to your intended stay. Earlier notice of one week or one month or longer may be required during certain peak times and for special events. If this is the case, you will be notified when placing the reservation. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in a charge for the full amount of the stay unless the room can be booked. E-mail
reservations are not taken because of security problems over the
internet. Inquiries may be made via e-mail, but the final confirmation
of the reservation must be completed by calling (215) 662-1918,

Check
in
must be before 11 pm. Check out on
the day you plan to leave is 11 am unless other arrangements have
been made prior to departure. Bags may be left for later pick-up,
but the room must be vacated so that it can be cleaned in a timely
manner for the next guests. |
